The trial regarding the death of Argentine football legend Diego Maradona, initially set to start, has been postponed until March 2025 following requests for a delay from the defense teams of neuro-surgeon Leopoldo Luque, psychiatrist Agustina Cosachov, and psychologist Carlos Ángel Díaz. The Oral Criminal Court No. 3 of San Isidro decided to reschedule the opening debate to March 11, 2025, at 9:30 AM. Those expected to face judgment include Luque, Cosachov, Díaz, medical coordinator Nancy Edith Forlini from Swiss Medical, nurses Gisella Dahiana Madrid and Ricardo Omar Almirón, their supervisor Mariano Perroni, and clinical doctor Pedro Pablo Di Spagna.
